Winter wonderland

With the best of autumn about to kick off any day now. I thought it would be good to look back at some landscape images around my Derbyshire and Peak District area more specifically photographing in the snow.

These images were taken just after Christmas last year and looking at them gets me excited for more winter conditions hopefully soon.

The first two images was my first attempt of photographing in the snow last year as we had the first dusting of snow. Unfortunately however this was the most we had therefore I wasn't overly excited however things were destined to improve even if it was only a little bit.

With a bit of luck in my local Derbyshire area I managed to capture this peaceful winters morning and even more enjoy the whole place to myself.. These images are reminders however they are also nice and simple but it gets me excited for what will be coming soon.
